Mr. Eddie Chin (Chin Wai Fong) is a civil engineering graduate with a BSc (Hons) from the University of
Glasgow. He has been serving as the President Commissioner of BBM since June 2019 and is a founding
member of PT Bayan Resources Tbk, a leading Indonesian coal mining company.

Mr Sukardi is responsible for legal compliance, social issues management. He has significant on-ground experience operating and managing mines across Indonesia.
His 40 years of local Indonesian mining experience including operational roles and Board / Senior management positions places him well to guide the BBM corporate structure and advise its key shareholders including Cokal Limited.
Operation Director
Mr. Loke, BE, has 36 years of engineering and project development experience in SE Asia. Mr Loke is a Director of BBM. Mr Loke joined Cokal from Desaria Holding Sdn Bhd, Malaysia, project luxurious apartment in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. He has 8 years mining experience as site mining manager, manage civil & structural works for industrial plants include offshore loading facilities structure, open cast coal mining contractor for overburden works, coal extraction and construction. Mr Loke has above 20 years in civil contruction and oil palm plantation.
Surveyor Manager
Tee Kok Hui joined Cokal from Island and Partners Sdn Bhd. Tee has 41 years’ experience in many aspects of the construction industry. For Cokal he is managing the survey teams preparing the data for road, port and mine design.
Head of Accounting
Andrew Ichwan is the Head of Accounting and Finance at Cokal, a position he has held since joining the company in 2018. In this role, he oversees the company’s financial operations and accounting functions, contributing to its overall financial strategy and decision-making.
Head of Engineering Department
Experienced and versatile mining professional with over 15 years in the coal mining industry, spanning the entire mining lifecycle—from exploration to production. Strong foundation as a Geologist and Mining Engineer, currently leading the Engineering Department at a prominent Coking and PCI coal company in Indonesia. Proven track record in mine planning, development, and operational optimization to ensure efficiency, safety, and profitability. He was held positions with PT. Thiess Contractors Indonesia, PT. Britmindo (Mining Consultant) and PT. Bayan Resources Tbk. He is also a member of PERHAPI and also registered as Competent Person Indonesia (CPI)
Geology Manager
Geological engineer with 15 years Indonesian coal mining experience Member of Aus IMM and an Indonesian Competent Person of “Ikatan Ahli Geologi” (CPI-IAGI). Previous positions with PT. Thiess Contractors Indonesia, PT. Britimindo and PT. Wahana Baratama Mining (Bayan resources). Experience leading due diligence, exploration programs and mining studies, comprising geological modellings, resources estimation, mine planning and reporting in accordance with the JORC Code and KCMI.
